O Conselho \u00e9 formado por dez membros titulares e igual n\u00famero de suplentes, sendo cinco integrantes do Poder Executivo Municipal e outros cinco da sociedade civil organizada. O conselheiro do CREF11\/MS, Geovany Rafael Bisol, tamb\u00e9m tomou posse como suplente representante de Institui\u00e7\u00f5es de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Superior e Pesquisa, vinculadas ao Esporte e Lazer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O Conselho foi criado pela Lei Complementar n. 327 de 23 de julho de 2018, est\u00e1 vinculado ao Sistema Municipal de Esporte e Lazer e possui o objetivo de auxiliar na organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e consolida\u00e7\u00e3o das pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas de esporte e lazer, na melhoria do padr\u00e3o de gest\u00e3o, qualidade e transpar\u00eancia do esporte e lazer no munic\u00edpio de Campo Grande.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante sua fala na posse, a presidente do CREF11\/MS, parabenizou a iniciativa: \u201cParab\u00e9ns por dar a import\u00e2ncia que merece a posse dos Conselheiros do Conselho Municipal de Esporte e Lazer, pois \u00e9 um projeto pioneiro no Brasil, inclusive ressaltei isso em reuni\u00e3o com a Ministra Ana Moser, me colocando \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o para informa\u00e7\u00f5es que o Minist\u00e9rio do Esporte vier a necessitar sobre o assunto, uma vez que temos a Lei do Sistema Campo-Grandense de Esporte e Lazer.
