{"id":82,"date":"2026-07-28T13:19:36","date_gmt":"2026-07-28T13:19:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cref11.org.br\/cref11-ms-realiza-fiscalizacao-em-condominios-em-dourados\/"},"modified":"2026-07-28T13:19:36","modified_gmt":"2026-07-28T13:19:36","slug":"cref11ms-realiza-fiscalizacao-em-condominios-em-dourados","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nexloo.mx\/cref11\/cref11ms-realiza-fiscalizacao-em-condominios-em-dourados\/","title":{"rendered":"CREF11\/MS realiza fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o em condom\u00ednios em Dourados"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><main class=\"site-main post-838 post type-post status-publish format-standard hentry category-noticias\" id=\"content\"><\/p>\n<div class=\"page-content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A presidente do CREF11\/MS, Eliana de Mattos Carvalho, o conselheiro Ben-Hur Mazzola Laprano e os fiscais da fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do Conselho, estiveram presentes na tarde desta ter\u00e7a-feira (21), em Dourados, para atender as demandas de profissionais em condom\u00ednios de acordo com a Lei n. 5.958, de 13 de outubro de 2022, que disp\u00f5e sobre a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o profissional acerca de treinamentos ou planejamentos de atividades f\u00edsicas e\/ou esportivas em \u00e1reas comuns de condom\u00ednios ou associa\u00e7\u00f5es residenciais, no \u00e2mbito do Estado do Mato Grosso do Sul.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acordo com a Lei, se a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o do profissional for feita pelo condom\u00ednio e ofertada aos moradores, dever\u00e3o obrigatoriamente ser prestados por profissional de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o F\u00edsica com registro regular no Conselho.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Caso a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o e o planejamento forem prestados por pessoa<br \/>jur\u00eddica, esta dever\u00e1 ser devidamente habilitada, possuindo em seu quadro funcion\u00e1rios t\u00e9cnicos na \u00e1rea de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o F\u00edsica.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fa\u00e7a a den\u00fancia pelo WhatsApp (67) 9 9987-8366 ou tamb\u00e9m pelo e-mail fiscalizacao@cref11.org.br<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">?A den\u00fancia deve conter os arquivos de comprova\u00e7\u00e3o, como foto e v\u00eddeos e demais informa\u00e7\u00f5es como nome e endere\u00e7o (quanto mais detalhes da den\u00fancia melhor).<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2705Denuncie.
